Acquiring a whitelisted IP will be better. Just to add that we have relaxed security rules on our VPS under Exim Configuration Manager for mails / IPs carrying SPAM tags to allow traffic from insecure / blacklisted IPs and have also added available IP list on our server and till then no issue has been reported but as you are aware that relaxing these rules is not recommended by cpanel and may result in attack so we will welcome your further support and guidance over it. You are also requested to please add current IPs in the Exchange Protection List / SPAM Fileting / Mail Flow as allowed IPs so that the messages that come from these IP addresses are not marked as SPAM. Thanks again for your support.
