istance and our extend our support where we can. Unfortunately, as you ar=
e aware we don't have access to your exchange control panel or DNS contro=
l panel so we can only provide details from our end where the newstar dom=
ain is hosted.     My team had previously run some diagnostics on newstar=
's domain, checking deliverability to the domain and we have checked that=
 are all the valid records are in-place.     These are the current record=
s in-place:          O365, amongst other providers are being more strict =
with receipient DNS records such as SPF and DMARC/DKIM records are becomi=
ng important in improving deliverability.     Are you happy your SPF reco=
rd is up to date and correctly matches your sending server? I have checke=
d and it includes a variety of IP addresses. =C2=A0Based on the MX record=
 I think this should be fine but if your sending via another host such as=
 a web host then we just need to make sure these are correct.     =3Dspf1=
